< Director Info >  Claude Barras --------------------------- Born in 1973 in Sierra, Switzerland, he is a director and producer who majored in illustration and computer graphics. He also worked as a freelance illustrator in Geneva. He has directed many short films, including The Genie in a Ravioli Can (2006), which has won multiple awards from around the world. My Life as a Courgette is his first feature film, which was screened at the Quinzaine des Realisateurs and won awards from all kinds of film festivals around the world.

One day, a cheerful girl named Camille appears at the orphanage, lighting up the atmosphere. Just as everyone begins getting along harmoniously, Camille’s aunt suddenly appears to take her away. This film employs exquisite animation and interesting roles to explore the simple yet abstruse theme of 'What is Love'.
